Refurbishment and rebranding works to common areas and vacant suites, including external amenity areas, main entrance, external lightwell and main frontage. The property is a Grade B Listed former Georgian town house in one of the most prominent locations in the City. We had previously been responsible for the total restoration & conversion of the property, including extensive remedial works to the façade to create 37,500 sq ft of modern air-conditioned office accommodation with secure parking.

In re-visiting this building, we saw the opportunity to completely transform the kerb appeal, to help attract modern dynamic businesses, while respecting the period character of the façade. Internally we have employed some striking interior design themes to enhance the character & ambiance of the interiors.
