To prepare proposals for a new shopfront for a high street retail lying within the Conservation Area of Paisley town centre, and to assist with applications for grant funding and statutory consents.

We were able to establish a close working relationship with the local authority heritage & planning officers and liaised with Historic Environment Scotland to devise an acceptable timber shopfront design, and followed up with applications for Planning, Listed Building and Building Warrant approvals, preparing production information for costing and ultimately monitoring works on site through to completion.
