We were approached by a local Ayrshire Housing Developer, Hayhill Developments, to prepare proposals to secure statutory approvals for an allocated residential site to the west of the town of Mauchline. This commission also required the detailed development of new house types that could be rolled out on their future sites.

This bespoke development of 93 units was made up of 7 house types, including handed versions, ranging from 2 to 4 bedrooms. The designs have a distinctly Scottish flavour with close cropped roof details, simple building volumes and a white render finish broken up with feature brick panels. The show home at Mauchline Heights was Highly Commended in the Scottish Home Awards 2021. Our successful working relationship with Hayhill Developments continues at Tarbolton and Drongan.
