The roll out of a new design concept for one of our retail clients at their flagship restaurant adjacent to Central Station in Glasgow. The project presented a challenging construction program and incorporated the integration of an adjacent unit whilst minimising impact on their existing take-away offering.

Our expertise with traditional buildings helped the client navigate an acceptable solution with both Planning and Building Control within the confines of an existing listed building.  Our long standing relationship with the client also allowed us to take the bold branding and design concept and develop this to construction stage information for the fit out contractor. The concept is now being rolled out on other sites.
