Costa were promoting a new concept for a drive-thru unit and we were approached by our developer client with the task of delivering the first model in Scotland. At the outset of the commission, the Costa team were still finalising their  requirements which went through many iterations as we were preparing the project drawings.

Following interrogation of the “employers requirements” we optimised the proposed specification and then led a team through an interesting procurement process. This involved delivering a shell building with external works, for a temporary handover back to Costa whose own fitout team completed the interior. We have now completed several of these striking units at various locations across Scotland.
