We were invited by our client to participate in a limited competition to design a high quality centrepiece at the heart of a high profile luxury residential development at Cramond on the outskirts of Edinburgh.

We designed an elegant crescent of townhouses with a clever split-level cross section, providing modern family accommodation over 5 levels. The cross section rationalises difficult ground levels and incorporates low level private garaging, mid level tiered gardens, and top floor conservatories to capitalise on the southerly aspect and magnificent views towards Leith.
