To prepare a masterplan and then secure full Planning Permission for a high profile residential development on a strategic greenfield release site. The Local Authority requirements were that the site should provide a minimum of 800 units with fully integrated affordable housing provision and incorporating a new primary school and community religious facility.

Working in collaboration with a large design team, we designed a robust and deliverable masterplan for approximately 850 residential units with fully integrated affordable housing parcels and serviced plots for a community religious facility and a new primary school and crèche. The entire development is set within a strong landscape framework with generous provision of public open space.
