Initially to secure Planning Permission for a new luxury golf and spa resort on the banks of Loch Lomond within the newly created Loch Lomond & The Trossachs National Park. Having  secured Planning Permission and following a competitive interview process with the potential operator the challenge became to lead the design team through the delivery phase to create a world class destination resort.

Initial preparation of a sensitive & deliverable masterplan incorporating a new championship 18-hole golf course and multiple buildings set within a strong landscape framework. Thereafter leading a multi-disciplinary design team through all phases of delivery including full occupational fit-out of all buildings to a very demanding timescale. The centre piece is a stunning three storey leisure building featuring an external rooftop hydro pool.
