Initially we acted for the landowner to secure Planning Permission for an ambitious new luxury golf and spa resort on the banks of Loch Lomond, within the Loch Lomond & The Trossachs National Park. Having secured Planning Permission and following a competitive interview process with the preferred operator the challenge became to lead the design team through the detailed design & delivery phase to create a world class destination resort.

Initial preparation of a sensitive & deliverable masterplan incorporating a new championship 18-hole golf course and multiple buildings set within a strong landscape framework. Thereafter leading a multi-disciplinary design team through all phases of delivery including full occupational fitout of all buildings to a very demanding timescale. The result is a stunning new golf and spa resort incorporating new championship 18-hole golf course, triple level spa and leisure complex, golf clubhouse, fractional ownership lodges and luxury apartments set within a newly created nature reserve.
