To create a destination mini resort, tailored to the American golf tourism market, including the creation of a new 18-hole championship golf course within a SSSI site. The project would include transforming the existing Ugadale Hotel into a boutique venue, with additional new build golf lodges and converting a vacant former vacant post office into a hub facility.

Leading a multi-disciplinary design team, initially to secure Planning Permission and then to deliver a phased development, comprising creation of the new golf course, new clubhouse facility, complete conversion & restoration of The Ugadale Hotel and the delivery of new golf lodges. All buildings were from concept design through to turnkey delivery with full involvement in interior design and fit out.
