Based on our reputation for delivering numerous drive thru outlets across the country, we were approached by a land owner to explore the feasibility of accommodating a particular brand operator drive thru unit on a small piece of land adjacent to their established business parade.

We quickly prepared layout options and identified constraints for each. The restricted site area presented challenges relating to roads & access issues, but working with a transport consultant we developed a workable solution which was acceptable to the potential operator. We then worked in a multi-disciplinary design team to secure statutory consents and enable construction of a shell unit in full compliance with the “emerging” operator requirements.
