To transform tired and dated office space within a B Listed city centre business centre into a dynamic multipurpose suite suitable for flexible working, formal and informal client meetings, entertaining and social media events.

By removing redundant cellular space the historic post and beam volume was opened up and zoned for different activities using flooring, structure and lighting. The existing sash and case windows to the perimeter now flood the suite with light and a dedicated kitchen, shower room and accessible toilet provide welcome amenities. Clever use of suspended cable trays provide both service distribution and lighting. A neutral décor allows the clients to showcase both their business as well as art and craft created on site.
